Jamie Hill

Chief Executive Officer
adMarketplace was founded by Jamie in March of 2000. Jamie's primary duties as Chairman and CEO include setting the overall strategy, direction, and vision for adMarketplace. Prior to adMarketplace, he was an executive at CBS Broadcasting. Before joining CBS, Jamie worked at Telerep and was responsible for developing marketing strategies for Fortune 500 advertisers. Jamie is a proud University of Southern California Trojan.
Adam J. Epstein
President &
Chief Operating Officer
Adam joined adMarketplace in November 2003 and became President & COO in June 2006. He is responsible for managing day-to-day business operations. Prior to joining adMarketplace, Adam launched Fancast.com. Before becoming an Internet entrepreneur, Adam clerked for a US District Court judge and was an attorney at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP in New York. Adam graduated from Columbia University and the University of Michigan Law School. He lives in New Jersey with his wife and four children.
Michael E. Yudin
Chief Platform Officer
Mike joined adMarketplace in October 2007 from SmartyAds, a pay-per-click advertising company he founded. Mike has 20 years of engineering experience and led product development teams at Ubique, one of the very first successful internet startups, and AOL. Mike received a Masters in Computer Science from the Weizmann Institute of Science in Israel, and is an expert on information theory, data retrieval, cryptography and efficient algorithms.
Norbert Tamas
Chief Technology Officer
Norbert is responsible for overseeing engineering and execution on adMarketplace’s platform. Norbert joined adMarketplace in October of 2008 as a Junior Engineer. Throughout his career, he has led numerous engineering and development projects and has occupied various important technical roles including the Project Lead, Technical Manager, Director of Engineering, VP of Engineering, and ultimately that of Chief Technology Officer. Norbert holds a BS in Computer Science from the Sapientia Hungarian University of Transylvania and a Masters of Science in Information Technology. He enjoys traveling and learning about new technology.
Brian Quirk
Supply Strategy & Pricing
Brian leads our Supply Strategy & Pricing team helping our supply partners grow with adMarketplace. With adMarketplace since 2018, Brian's held leadership and senior roles at Centric Digital, a digital consultancy, British Telecom in London, England, and Booz Allen Hamilton. In his free time, you can find him skiing or spending time with his daughter. He is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and holds an MBA from IESE Business School in Barcelona, Spain.
Chang Gao
Finance
Chang is responsible for the financial health of adMarketplace and growing the company's enterprise value. He brings extensive operating experience from high-growth startups and Fortune 500 corporations. Previously, Chang was head of finance at a digital publisher and built the strategic finance function at Groundtruth (xAd), which he helped scale to pre-IPO stage. Chang started his career in finance at UBS. He earned an MBA from NYU Stern and a BBA from UMass Amherst. Outside the office, you may find Chang shooting street photography for his Instagram (@changgaophotog).
Chris Lehman
Advertiser Partnerships
Chris leads sales growth and strategic client relationships as SVP of Advertiser Partnerships. A member of the adMarketplace sales team since 2010, Chris has a proven track record of developing strong partnerships with key clients and solving for their most complex needs. He lives with his wife and dog in New Jersey, and loves to travel and go to the beach.
Emily Cianciosi
Global Strategic Partnerships
Emily leads the Global Strategic Partnerships team, which is responsible for business leadership and account strategy for adMarketplace's largest strategic accounts. She joined adMarketplace in 2016, after 4 years at True Media where she ran Search & Display campaigns for a national hospital corporation. In her spare time she enjoys going to comedy shows, seeing live music, and discovering new restaurants.
Lonnie Klein
People
Lonnie is in charge of executive recruiting and overall talent acquisition strategy. He returned to adMarketplace in 2018 after taking three years to run his own executive search consultancy. He has held senior positions at two boutique executive search firms, leading VP to C-level searches within the digital media, tech, entertainment and sports industries. Prior to a career in recruitment, Lonnie was a TV Producer for a variety of broadcast networks. Lonnie lives in Westchester with his wife and two daughters.
Mary Young
Business Development
Mary leads search publisher development with a team of high-achieving business development and operations executives responsible for managing and expanding supply opportunities. She brings with her more than 15 years of business development experience working with brands across the globe. She most recently served as the VP of Strategic Alliances at IAC, where she was responsible for building nine-figure supply and demand partnerships. Mary currently lives in Westchester with her husband, two kids, and two dogs. She enjoys hiking, kayaking, paddle boarding, soccer, cooking, and writing.
Matt Shait
Marketplace Operations
Matt joined adMarketplace in the spring of 2021 after spending 8 years at LiveIntent, where he was SVP, Media Operations & Planning. Matt is a passionate operator who enjoys designing scalable functions, creating actionable analytics, and building + executing corporate strategy. He earned his B.S. in Finance & International Business NYU’s Stern School of Business and lives with his wife in Brooklyn. In his spare time, he enjoys snowboarding, cooking, traveling and faithfully cheering on all of Boston’s sports teams.
Nele Sharp
Publisher Development
Nele Sharp leads Publisher Development at adMarketplace. Prior to joining adMarketplace, Nele was a Director of Global Publisher Development at CJ Affiliate, leading publisher development teams charged with nurturing growth in new global markets for both advertisers and publishers. An industry veteran, she was an early employee of BeFree, one of the first successful affiliate marketing networks, and has been passionate about performance marketing and solving clients’ goals ever since. Nele has been recognized by PerformanceIN as one of the top 50 industry players who have gone out of their way to push the agenda forward for the performance marketing industry on a global scale.
Sam Pitt
Europe
Sam leads adMarketplace’s European operations, overseeing advertiser growth and publisher development. Prior to joining adMarketplace in 2019, he was the Regional Managing Partner at Universal McCann, where he oversaw key global accounts and drove new business growth. Sam is based in London and has 20 years experience working at some of the world’s leading media agencies. Outside of work he’s a sports nut – something he’s attempting to indoctrinate into his two young children.
Shalyn O'Malley
Marketing
Shalyn oversees the Marketing team, responsible for adMarketplace's brand strategy and communications. The team is dedicated to the creation of innovative sales tools, event activations, and impactful content distribution. Prior to joining the team, Shalyn led Marketing for DISH Media, the advertising sales division of DISH and Sling TV. She currently resides in Jersey City, where she seeks out the best local live music and places to watch her Boston sports teams.
Steven Read
Product
Steven leads the charge on Product Development and Strategy at adMarketplace. He joined us from Rokt, an e-commerce marketing technology business, where he was responsible for product management, business analytics, and product marketing. Prior to Rokt, he spent time traveling the world as a consultant working for Accenture and Boston Consulting Group. He has two beautiful daughters at home, so in the very little spare time he has remaining he enjoys rock climbing, sailing, and attempting to follow the English Premier League.
Todd Adest
Global Sales & Services
Todd leads adMarketplace’s Global Sales and Client Services teams, responsible for international revenue growth and helping clients realize a true return on their ad spend. With more than 20 years of brand partnership experience, he was most recently SVP of Sales at NinthDecimal (acquired by InMarket), a mobile location activation and attribution platform. Throughout his career at companies including Microsoft, Neustar, and Innovid, Adest has worked with the biggest brands and agencies in the world to help solve some of their most complex challenges. He is New Jersey born and bred, graduated from Rutgers University with multiple honors, and currently sits on the advisory board for Make-A-Wish in New Jersey.
