The CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act) is a privacy law implemented on January 1, 2020 in the State of California which defines personal information more broadly, ensures greater transparency, accountability and provides consumers with extended rights as to the collection and use of their personal information.
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), adMarketplace is required to disclose whether it sells personal information. We do transfer personal information collected via our publisher’s websites to third parties. This is considered a sale under the CCPA. California residents can opt out from sales (do not sell) by using this link.
We do not sell the information we collect from our customers and partners pursuant to operating our business. However, we do enable certain companies to collect pseudonymous personal information via https://www.admarketplace.com and that may qualify as a sale of information under the CCPA.
